Domestic Orders
In the case of domestic orders made in Nigeria, one only needs to contact our customer support with a description of the problem, citing the order number, and the customer will be able to claim their refurbishment or refund. Labels that are unused and in good condition may be returned within 15 days with a 100% refund. When we verify it, we provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific return instructions. In a case where a product reaches your hands damaged or faulty, kindly inform us asap. When this is proven, we will offer RMA and pay the cost of the whole product and shipping charges back. In cases where the reason for the returns is a change of mind, the customer is to pay the shipping costs.
International Orders
International orders are also governed by the same principles, but with a few differences. Customers normally do not incur extra customs charges on the returned items; however, Haircareweb does not reimburse any initial customs charges or tax paid by the customers before the product reaches their country. Unopened or unopened goods can be sent back in within 15 days of receiving the shipment after notification to our customer care, where an RMA number and the steps of returning the goods will be issued. Haircareweb partially covers return shipping of confirmed damaged/defective international products, but in the case of all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the cost of returning the product will be at the expense of the customer. It is important to mention that the customs or any duties that may be paid on imported international orders cannot be refunded by Haircareweb. The international orders will receive refunds in their original currency paid, and Haircareweb will not cover the difference between the currency exchange rates between the date of purchase and the date of the refund.
Refunds
When and after we receive your returned product successfully, but after reviewing the same, we will be able to carry out your refunds, provided that the status of your returned product was either unused, undamaged, damaged, or reported as such. The verification is followed by this process, which usually takes 7 business days. The amount you will get back will be charged back to you on your original mode of payment. Haircareweb will refund the price within a few hours; however, note that the actual reflection of your refunded amount will be on your bank or credit card statement, depending on the processing times of each financial institution. Our main aim is to ensure that the process of refunding you becomes effortless, clear, and comfortable.
Shipping
Haircareweb boasts of quality delivery services in the entire of Nigeria. Depending on location, we have an average of 15 to 45 working days for delivery. Every order is followed, and the client is informed of the delivery process. There are no surprises at the shipping charge either, as the charge is explicitly shown and estimated at the checkout, depending on your place of order and location of delivery.
